Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship within Australia. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, military bases or diplomatic locations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders and all costs are clearly stated at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 - 3 Business Days, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
All orders placed after 5pm on weekdays, as well as all orders placed on weekends, will be processed on the following Business Day.
Transit Time
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Once shipped, your order should reach you within 5 - 7 Business Days (this does not include order processing times).
Estimated total delivery time is 6 - 10 Business Days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, transportation issues, public holidays etc.
Couriers
We ship via Australia Post and other local couriers. All orders are insured against loss or damage. Please contact us if you experience any issues with your order during transit.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Simply enter your tracking number in our tracking portal to view your order status.
Missing Items
If your order is missing any items, please contact us at support@karterly.com.au within 7 days of receiving your package. We will resolve any issues as soon as possible and send a replacement item or refund if required.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, Karterly will cover the return postage fee.
